Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for all refill requests. Requests are reviewed during regular business hours only (M-R, 8am-6pm, excluding holidays).

If your pet medication was previously filled at an outside pharmacy, please contact the pharmacy directly, as they may have refills remaining on file.

If your pet is due for a recheck exam or lab work, prescriptions may be delayed or declined until that is completed.

Same-day refills are not guaranteed, so please monitor your pet’s medication supply and plan ahead.
