Amy Lauterstein, DVM

Originally from Northern Virginia, Dr. Lauterstein earned her Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. She went on to graduate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine with a clinical year at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Lauterstein completed a general rotating internship with an emphasis in emergency medicine in Bowie, Maryland, and has been practicing emergency medicine exclusively since.

When not at the hospital, Dr. Lauterstein enjoys staying active outside or in the gym, traveling, reading, and can’t pass up a good TV show binge. She shares her home with two dogs, a cat, and her husband.
