Residency Trained: Emergency and Critical Care

Dr. McCorkle started her veterinary career in general practice in East Tennessee. After her undergraduate training at the University of Tennessee, she went on to complete her veterinary school training at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, with a clinical year at Virginia Tech. She finished her Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) internship at the renowned nonprofit hospital Dove Lewis in Portland, Oregon, in 2013, then embarked on her ECC residency at Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists, completing in 2016. Her professional interests include advanced respiratory disease management, pediatrics, polytrauma, and toxicology. In her free time, she raises her two children on their working farm.
