Lee Crumpler, DVM

Dr. Crumpler originally hails from North Carolina, but has lived in Virginia, Tennessee, and Georgia. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and graduated from St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. After graduation, Dr. Crumpler moved to Fredericksburg, Virginia, where he worked in both general practice and emergency for many years. It was there that he honed his skills in emergency medicine and life-saving emergency surgeries. In 2024, he became a relief veterinarian, practicing across central and northern Virginia, and in 2025 joined the Partner family as a full-time doctor.

In his free time, Dr. Crumpler enjoys spending time with his two children, watching movies, playing tabletop games, attending trivia, and getting outside when he can.  He has one dog, Kaylee, who travels with him wherever he may roam.
