What does your day look like at Partner?

The PVESC Client Service Supervisor is a people-focused, passionate, and highly dependable team member that plays a vital role in daily team communication workflows and client care support. As a Client Service Supervisor, you will enable conversation, communication and coordination between the hospital team and pet families.

These skills facilitate patient intake, status updates, and discharge appointments. Within these workflows you will support and collaborate with the CSC and medical team members to provide exceptional service to our patients, clients and referral partners.

In this role you will:

  • Directly supervise Client Service Coordinators and oversee day to day operations
  • First point of contact on support, questions and performance from the Client Service team
  • Coordinate and oversee all CSC procedures and training in conjunction and guidance from the with Hospital Steward 
  • Collaborate with CSC team members to identify and document areas needing attention and process improvement
  • Respond to client concerns if not resolved through prior channels

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ ER/urgent/specialty care veterinary client service experience, preferred
  • Understanding of veterinary workflows, procedures, and medical terminology
  • A curious and motivated energy 
  • Interest in collaborating with the teams across the Partner network 
  • Ability to quickly process, analyze, and react to unplanned and emergent medical situations without delay, so as to ensure the safety of team members and patients

$26 – $31 hourly based on experience
