What does your day look like at Partner?

The Client Service Coordinator is the first face and voice of Partner Veterinary. The impact of this allows you to communicate with patience and compassion to clients and team with an “I can help” approach.

The daily emphasis is on tasks that facilitate team and client communication and coordination. This includes updating team members, other services, and the referring community.

Tasks include check in/check out of patients, collection of payments, cleaning rooms in between patient visits, scheduling appointments, triaging phone calls/voicemails, requesting records for new patients, sending records to referral hospitals, and collecting new client forms.

Additional tasks include performing duties such as accurately entering service charges in the processing database and completing end of day financial tasks. An abundance of empathy and compassion for Oncology patients is a must.

You will work with unique and varied cases, and you have the resources to enable optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ ER/urgent/specialty care veterinary client service experience, preferred
  • Understanding of veterinary workflows, procedures, and medical terminology
  • A curious and motivated energy 
  • Interest in collaborating with the teams across the Partner network 
  • Ability to quickly process, analyze, and react to unplanned and emergent medical situations without delay, so as to ensure the safety of team members and patients

Salary Description

$18 – $26 hourly based on experience
